The aparthotel is 200 meters from the sea and is right on the slope that leads to the beautiful Calanca Bay, which can be reached by walking along the paths that start from our property. The town center is less than a kilometer away, and all the essential services are nearby, including a large supermarket.

Parking
It is free of charge and is located 50 meters away. Each apartment has its own reserved and guaranteed parking space in our fenced parking lot under the shade of olive trees.
"Al Vecchio Frantoio" Restaurant
Just 200 meters from the residence is our family-run restaurant-pizzeria. You can choose the "Meal Deal" for lunch and dinner with a set menu that includes a first course, second course, side dish and dessert. The deal does not include beverages.
Equipped beach "Baia della Calanca"
The residence is located along one of the paths leading to "Baia della Calanca," a famous beach on the Cilento coast with crystal-clear sea and a charming little island. The beach is perfect for families as it features shallow water and fine sand. Part of this bay is reserved for our residence and it is possible to book beach umbrellas and sunbeds directly at our accommodation.

The reservation will be confirmed upon receiving the deposit of approximately 30% of the amount of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer, credit card or cash within 10 days after the date of the reservation request. This will be followed by a written and detailed confirmation of the reservation by our reservation office.

- from 14 days to 0 days before the scheduled date of arrival, there is no refund
- In case of early departure, the amount of the entire stay will be charged
